• Respect all players – No griefing, stealing, or harassment.
• No destruction of public or private property without authorization.
• PvP allowed only in designated zones like the PvP Stadium.
• Follow roleplay themes and stay within the city lore.
• Cheating, x-ray, or hacked clients are strictly banned.

🏠 Property Rules

Ownership & Usage

• Only listed owners can build or modify their plots.
• Selling/trading plots must be documented and agreed in-game.
• Unauthorized building on others’ plots will result in punishment.

Special Zones

Government Plots: Managed by SMP admins. Players can interact but not own.

Mohit's Properties: Shops and land managed by Mohit. Roleplay allowed with permission.

Amit's Properties: Personal use or invited guests only.

Plots on Sale: Contact Nathu Ram or Bruce Wayne to buy. Ownership updates required.

⚒️ Building Regulations

• Stick to plot boundaries and city layout.
• Maintain consistent city aesthetics and use appropriate blocks.
• Large or unique builds require city council approval.
• Label all buildings with signs or item frames.

💼 Business & Roleplay

• Set fair prices and keep shops stocked.
• Pay monthly city tax (if using economy system).
• Black markets and secret bases must be hidden or approved.

👮 Law & Justice

• Disputes handled at Civil Court.
• Crimes handled at Government Police Station.
• Repeat offenders may be jailed.

🐴 Miscellaneous

• Horse showroom must be fenced with food area.
• PvP stadium must have seating, entry rules, and safety.
